We built it to get people booked on podcasts. It did not do that at the level we promised, so we stopped selling it.
The app stays online through September 15, 2026 so you can sign in and retrieve anything you need. All subscriptions have been cancelled and refunds have already been issued, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing further will be billed.
After September 15, 2026 the application and its data come down permanently. If you need something after that date, write to will@coheronix.com.
MyPublicist made one promise: it would get thought leaders booked on podcasts. It did not get people booked at the level we promised, so we stopped selling it.
That is the whole reason. We would rather retire a product than defend one.
One piece of MyPublicist earned its place: the engine that turns a single podcast appearance into a month of social content. That capability is moving into Oratova, our brand system for fractional executives, where it fits the way people actually work. No date on it yet.
Coheronix is a boutique software studio. We build complete products for independent operators, and part of building well is knowing when a product has not earned the right to keep taking someone's money. MyPublicist did not, so it is gone.
