We build complete SaaS products that give independent operators (consultants, coaches, recruiters, authors, fractional execs) the capacity of a larger team, without the headcount. Not a consultancy. Not an agency. Not a platform. A small, deliberate builder of focused tools, one market problem at a time.
The workflows that matter most to independent operators are stuck in spreadsheets, delegated to expensive human services, or ignored because the generic tools demand too much configuration. We build the tool instead: the whole thing, the outcome, not a settings page. Each product is finished before the next one starts. Each carries its own brand. The studio just keeps the bar high.
Coheronix is run by Will Simpson, a native Austinite, which is a vanishing species these days, and rarer still past 60. He's been building and operating software companies since before "tech" became the city's whole personality: VP and EVP of engineering, COO, fractional and interim operator across a couple dozen companies. Coheronix is what happens when a lifelong operator points that experience at his own products instead of someone else's.
Coheronix is a software studio brand of Ten Eleven Twelve LLC, based in Austin, Texas. Ten Eleven Twelve is the parent company; the products carry their own identities; Coheronix is what sits above them.
